Where data is stored

Data is processed and stored in Canada where possible, in compliance with PIPEDA. International clients are welcome; Canadian data residency applies to hosted records and archives.

Retention

Call recordings: up to 90 days unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Account data: duration of service plus 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data via the contact form (privacy topic pre-selected).

Automated calls

Callers are informed at the start of each call that they are speaking with an automated assistant. LineGuard does not provide legal or medical advice.

Changes

We will update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
