Service scope

LineGuard provides overflow call intake and callback list delivery for businesses worldwide. Remote setup works with your phone system anywhere. It does not provide legal, medical, clinical, or professional advice. Your staff is responsible for acting on callback information.

AI disclosure

Callers are informed at the start of each call that they are speaking with an automated assistant.

Trial guarantee

If fewer than 3 overflow calls are captured during a 7-day trial, client may request a 2-week extension at no charge.

Billing

$299 CAD/month per line after trial. Month-to-month. International clients welcome; pricing is in CAD. Cancel anytime with 30 days' data export provided on request.

Uptime

Target 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance (announced 24h ahead).

Liability

LineGuard is not liable for business decisions made based on intake messages. Maximum liability limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Data

Subject to Privacy Policy. Data Processing Agreement available for business clients on request. PIPEDA-compliant hosting in Canada.

Governing law

Province of Quebec and federal laws of Canada apply. International clients accept Canadian governing law for service delivery.
