Call tracking integration

LineGuard is the failover destination when the client line is busy or unanswered. Works with CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, WhatConverts, and Telnyx/VoIP — remote setup with your phone system anywhere in the world.

Flow: Paid click (gclid/UTM) → Tracking number → Client line (busy) → LineGuard overflow → Callback card with full attribution

CallRail setup

  1. Tracking number per campaign or client pool
  2. Forward to client main reception line
  3. If busy or no answer: forward to LineGuard overflow DID
  4. Match utm_campaign on LP URLs to CallRail source names
  5. Test: verify gclid appears on callback card

Captured on every callback card
